Villa Panorama is a detached Luxury Villa built when Costa Rei was a wilderness area, in a unique position. It combines a fantastic view of the coast and a really short distance from the sea that allows you to enjoy the sea breeze from the spacious veranda and at the same time allows you reach the beach walking along the pedestrian path or reach the Piazzetta to spend magical moments and appreciate the local cuisine.
The villa presents a top floor with a bright open space that combines a kitchen made by local craftsmen and equipped with the latest generation appliances (including dishwasher and oven), a dining area with a big table and chairs of solid wood and a large living room furnished with taste connected to the large panoramic veranda .
The veranda with a Iroko floor (wood coming from Equatorial African forests with sustainability certification), as the typical nautical architecture overlooks on a wonderful sea view.
The large sleeping area consists of three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (with independently regulation of temperature), all equipped with double beds (or twin beds upon request) and handmade furniture by local craftsmen in a traditional Sardinian style and a walk in closet where to easily put your suitcases. There are two bathrooms furnished with taste and equipped with refined towels.
The Luxury Villa also has a lovely garden with soft green lawn, surrounded by typical Mediterranean trees and plants and a stunning scenario , with a barbecue area where you can spend your evenings enjoying the delicious local fish or meat and the aromatic essences to flavour your delicacies; there is also an outdoor stone shower (with hot/cold water) where you can refresh yourself at any time or rinse from salt and sand coming back from the beach.
The Villa is equipped with a cozy living area directly overlooking the modern kitchen equipped with the latest generation appliances .
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets so that you can sleep soundly with no worries about insects, even though the area periodically disinfested from insects. Hot water works thanks to a gas boiler, ideal in order to guarantee relaxing showers for all our guests with no worries about hot water.

The Check-in and Check-out services, as well as all utilities such as water, electricity and gas are included in the price, the property will be cleaned, sanitized and inspected to guarantee the highest quality standards before and after each stay (and once a week for vacations longer than ten days). During your stay, the rooms will be equipped with sheets and pillowcases of excellent quality, set of towels, shower rug, beach towels and all table linen necessary as tablecloths and napkins; if Your stay will last more than ten days, the entire set will be replaced every week with a new clean set.
